THE ESSE at SINGHA COMPLEX 70% reserved after 3 weeks following its launch

Success result of attention to strong demand of luxurious residential units in good locations and rising trend of mix-used complexes

Singha Estate Plc’s second luxury condominium project, “The ESSE at SINGHA COMPLEX”, is now 70 percent reserved only three weeks after its pre-sale launch on March 4 and 5, exceeding the company’s expectation, according to the company’s Chief of Residential Development Office, Nattavuth Mathayomchan.

“I strongly believe in the high potentials of the project’s location, which is right at the bustling spot where the Asoke and Petchaburi roads meet. It's the center of business and lifestyle where a great transportation connectivity exists. This area's potentials can also grow in the near future. The response to our project exceeds our target. I think we received a 70 percent bookings worth 3 billion baht within 3 weeks after the sale opened because people believe in potentials of Singha’s flagship mix-used project, ”THE SINGHA COMPLEX”. Moreover, THE ESSE at SINGHA COMPLEX meets the demand of those desiring to live a luxury lifestyle as well as people who want to invest in a high-quality property project,” Nattavuth said.

Foreigners make up 35 per cent of the current unit bookings of THE ESSE at SINGHA COMPLEX while the rest are Thai buyers. The location is a key factor that attracts foreigners as Asoke is a popular area among foreigners and the mix-used concept strike the chord with their demands.

“In addition, all four units of our 62-million-baht Penthouse are taken, signaling that luxury condominiums are still in high demand. We expect to sell 85 percent of the total units this year and we are confident that we will achieve the target,” he added.

The project has completed an Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) and its construction will commence according to the plan, or by the first quarter of this year.
