Bangkok, 19 November 2024: Singha Estate PCL (SET: S), international property and investment developer, is guided by the vision, “Entrusted and Value Enricher for Sustainable Growth”. The company’s residential unit is highlighting its pursuit of “Mastering the Luxury” in partnership with Quattro Design (qd), a high-end furnishing provider. Pieces have been curated from world-renowned furniture brand Eichholtz at S’RIN Prannok-Kanchana estate, to fit out three show units in three distinctive styles and clubhouse, showing off the designing concept of Mediterranean Revival style which seamlessly blends classic elements with modern touches.
The partnership is a combination of three brands with separate strong suits: Singha Estate, luxury property developer, and Quattro Design, a premium studio focused on bringing global luxury furniture and interior décor to Thailand. They have curated furniture from Eichholtz, a luxury brand from the Netherlands famed for its fine design and premium quality materials.

Phraophan Laohapongchana, Founder, CEO and Design Director of Quattro Design Co., Ltd.,said, “As an importer, designer and producer of premium furniture, our collaboration with Singha Estate and Eichholtz on this occasion is combining the expertise of all three brands in building the perfect house which is both functional and beautiful. The distinctive architectural design of S’RIN Prannok-Kanchana integrates classic Mediterranean house design with modern comforts for present contexts. In this we have been inspired by nature, and famous coastal cities and cultures, all done with natural shades and fresh colors. Each house has been designed to evoke an atmosphere of liveliness and warmth with a marine ambience. Quattro Design has thought up the perfect interior décor for a house beside the sea and made it a reality, by combining distinctive styles and inspirations from local lifestyles.”
The three show houses at S’RIN Prannok-Kanchana have been decorated inside with different concepts, loosely tied together with the Mediterranean spirit through their choice of colors, materials and furniture from Eichholtz which seamlessly blends classic design with modernity. Each house highlights different lifestyles.
· Residence I (626 Sq.m.): Under the concept “Mediterranean Majesty”, the inspiration here comes from the port of Palermo, Sicily in Italy, which is of ancient foundation. The city combines culture, art and the timeless allure of the sea. A wide array of forms, surfaces and materials are suited for lifestyles which integrate sustainable cultural diversity with classicism.
· Residence II (524Sq.m.): This is the “Mid-Century Coastal Escape” concept, inspired by Palm Springs on the US West Coast, a design of relaxing opulence. The mid-century style brings something of a resort atmosphere. Large airy spaces have simply arranged components, with the aim for a feeling of expansive luxury. The furniture pieces have been carefully curated to present a variety of forms and materials, for a distinctive and carefully done layout.
· Residence III (440 Sq.m.): The concept “Azure Serenity” has been inspired by Nice in the South of France. This collection showcases the liberating effects of la vie au bord de la mer, inside and outside, with family and with friends. Another inspiration is distinctive art which captures the colors of the sea, the golden sun and colorful coral. The shapes of the furniture suggest feelings of movement and life in every space.
